Using a grater, grate the onion, ginger, and garlic into a bowl and mix.

Add miso, ketchup, vinegar, oil (olive oil + rice oil), and salt to the bowl from Step 1 in that order, and stir each time to complete.
Point
・Onions, ginger, and garlic have a role in aroma and flavor, and ketchup and miso have a role in salt content.
・You can cook with olive oil alone, not blended oils, or substitute healthy oils you have at home.
・Vinegar can be blended with rice vinegar, pure rice vinegar, etc., or used alone.
・If you find it difficult to grate, you can put it in a food processor.
・If you don't like garlic, you can change the whole amount to ginger.
・If you don't have enough salt, adjust the salt to your liking.
・At the end of the video, we introduce a simple salad with a shredded cucumber and a toasted tofu mixed with all-purpose dressing.
