- Yuzu : 8-10 pieces

Preparing the yuzu

Put yuzu and water (not listed) in a bowl and wash.
Remove the stem of the yuzu and slice it into thin slices of about 3-5 mm. -

Press with a fork to flatten.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Open the lid and mix the sugar on top.

・Yuzu uses Hana Yuzu.
・Although the video uses yuzu citrus, you can use 4-5 regular yuzu instead.
