Ingredients
- Yuzu : 8-10 pieces
- 砂糖 : 200g
- ハチミツ : 50g

                        Preparing the yuzu

                        Put yuzu and water (not listed) in a bowl and wash. 
 Remove the stem of the yuzu and slice it into thin slices of about 3-5 mm.

 Sprinkle with honey.
 Press with a fork to flatten.
 Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
 Open the lid and mix the sugar on top.

 Cover and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours to half a day to complete.

                            ・Yuzu uses Hana Yuzu.
・Although the video uses yuzu citrus, you can use 4-5 regular yuzu instead.
・Time required for refrigerating for 4 hours and 6 hours to half a day is not included in the required time.
・You can make hot yuzu by pouring hot water over yuzu syrup and pulp, or you can add a piece of yuzu pulp to black tea.
