材料

  • sliced pork : 150g
  • (A)人参 : 120g
  • (A)ごぼう : 100g
  • (A)さつま芋 : 100g
  • (A)椎茸 : 3個
  • (A)油揚げ : 1枚
  • (B)小松菜 : 2株
  • (B)長ねぎ : 1本
  • 味噌 : 90g
  • 水 : 1200cc
  • だしパック : 適量

  1. 1) cut material 03:40

    (A), (B) Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2) stir fry and simmer 05:20

    Add water and dashi pack and simmer.
