Ingredients
- Firm tofu : 1 piece (300g)
- 紅生姜 : 30g
- green onion : 2 (10g)
- だしの素 : 小さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- パン粉 : 適量
- サラダ油 : Appropriate amount (about 5 mm to 1 cm high in a frying pan)
- お好みソース : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量

Point
・Be careful not to burn yourself when taking out the tofu that has been heated in the microwave.
・By thoroughly draining the tofu, the seeds will come together easily.
・If the ingredients are difficult to come together in step 2, add potato starch little by little.
・In step 3, if you drop the dough on top of the bread crumbs with a measuring spoon first, it will be easier to roll because it will not stick to your hands.
・Delicious with medium thick sauce, ketchup, or soy sauce mayonnaise.
