Drain yogurt for 30 minutes.

Add honey, eggs and cake flour while mixing. -

Pour the batter into the cocotte and tap the container to remove air from the batter.
Microwave (200W) for 2 minutes 3 times.
Take it out on a plate, remove the rough heat, and chill it in the refrigerator to complete.
Point
・The amount is two 10cm cocottes.
・Do not use cream cheese or fresh cream.
・Drain 400g of yogurt until it becomes about 140-160g.
・Draining time is 30 minutes.
・The amount of sugar is 20g when adding honey. If you don't put it in, make it 30 to 50 g.
・Mixing the sugar first will make the dough smoother.
・The sweetness and aroma of honey moderates the sourness.
・It can be removed cleanly without applying oil to the cocotte.
・Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes at 200W for 3 times while keeping an eye on the situation.
・When you take it out of the container, do it while it is still warm.
・Draining water, baking the dough, and cooling it in the refrigerator are not included in the required time.
