Ingredients

  • pumpkin : 1 piece
  • 牛乳 : 200mL
  • 砂糖 : 20g
  • ゼラチン : 3g
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)水 : 小さじ1
  • (B)水 : 小さじ1

Procedure

    2が入ったボウルに牛乳生地を大さじ1加え、練るようにして混ぜ合わせる。
    残りの牛乳生地も加え、全体を混ぜ合わせる。
    ムラなく混ざったら、濾し器で濾す。

  5. 5) 冷やす 06:03

    1のかぼちゃに4を入れ、ラップをし、冷蔵庫で一晩冷やし固める。

  6. 6) カラメルをつくる 06:36

    耐熱容器に(A)を入れ、混ぜ合わせる。
    500Wの電子レンジで1~2分加熱する。
    (B)を加え、手早く混ぜ合わせる。

  7. 7) 仕上げる 07:22

    5のかぼちゃプリンの上部に6を流し入れる。
    好みの大きさに切って完成。

Point

・Chilling time in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
・Be careful not to burn yourself after heating the pumpkin in step 1.
・When filtering the pumpkin in step 2, it is good to divide it into 2-3 batches and strain a little at a time.
・Be careful when mixing the gelatin and milk in step 4, as the gelatin will harden if the milk is cold.
