Prepare salt water in a bowl.
Cut the apple in half and quarter it.
Peel off the seeds and skin, cut in half lengthwise and soak in salted water.
Remove from salt water and cut into 1-2 cm wide pieces.
Drain with kitchen paper and set aside in a colander.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly.
Add sugar and mix quickly for 30 seconds.
Add salad oil, milk, and lemon juice in order, and mix well each time.
Add (A) and mix until smooth.
Add about 1/3 of the apples and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
Put the dough in the mold and put the rest of the apples on it.
Also top with almonds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 40 minutes.
Remove from the mold immediately after baking.
Lightly cover with kitchen paper so that it does not dry out, and remove the rough heat.
Remove the oven sheet and put it on a plate to complete.

・When baking in the oven, insert a bamboo skewer and if the dough does not stick to it, it is a guideline for baking.
