- sliced pork shoulder loin : 150g
- 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
- soy sauce (for pork) : 小さじ1

Add potato starch and soy sauce (for pork) in that order and mix. -

・It is not necessary to drain the tofu.
・Because the green part of the green onion is highly nutritious, use it.
・When using beef, repeat step 3.
・Put water in a frying pan, put it on fire, and when it evaporates, the temperature of the frying pan has risen.
・You can substitute the sesame oil with the oil you have at home.
・When adding ginger in step 4, the sliced pork shoulder loin does not have to be completely cooked.
・By steaming the tofu with the water from the tofu in step 4, no water or broth is needed.
