Peel the potatoes, remove the sprouts and cut in half.
Place in a heat-resistant container, wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, removing the root of the core and the dirty part.
Cut the carrots into 1 cm wide rounds.

Point
・Use carrots with the skin on. You can peel the skin if you are concerned.
