Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh : 400g / sugar: 0g

  • Canned tomatoes : 200g / sugar: 7.6g
  • consomme : 2 tsp sugar: 2.2 g
  • water : 150ml
  • Salt & black pepper : a little
  • Bay leaf : Appropriate amount

Procedure

  1. 1) Loosen shimeji mushrooms 00:29

    Cut off the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them lightly by hand.

    Cut off the roots of garlic, peel it, and chop it.
