  • Koya-tofu : 4 pieces / sugar: 1.2g
  • egg : 2 pieces / sugar: 0.4g
  • Melting cheese : 50g / sugar: 0.2g
  • Cut onion : 20g / sugar: 0.7g
  • Sugar OFF Mentsuyu : 1 tbsp sugar: 0.8 g
  • water : 150ml
  • Hondashi : a little
  • Black pepper : a little
