- Koya-tofu : 4 pieces / sugar: 1.2g
- egg : 2 pieces / sugar: 0.4g
- Melting cheese : 50g / sugar: 0.2g
- Cut onion : 20g / sugar: 0.7g
- Sugar OFF Mentsuyu : 1 tbsp sugar: 0.8 g
- water : 150ml
- Hondashi : a little
- Black pepper : a little
