  • (A) rice oil : 大さじ3
  • (A) Hot cake mix : 1袋(150g)

Procedure

    Place in the center of the microwave.
    Heat in the microwave at 500W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
    Poke the edge of the dough with a bamboo skewer to check for doneness.

    Remove the dough from the tupperware and place it on a plate.
    Finished with yogurt (out of quantity).

Point

・I use a 950ml microwaveable Tupperware.
・I use M size eggs.
・Rice oil can be replaced with salad oil.
・During step 1, mix the four corners and bottom of the tupperware.
・During step 2, insert a bamboo skewer into the batter and if the batter doesn't stick to it, it's ready.
・If the dough is raw, cover it again with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave at 500W for 10 to 20 seconds.
・If you are not going to eat it right away, cover it with kitchen paper and a lid to remove the heat.
