  • (A)黒胡椒 : 適量
  • オリーブオイル(ピュアオイル) : 大さじ1
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量
  • パルメザンチーズ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:38

    ブロッコリーを食べやすい大きさに切り、筋を取る。
    水(分量外)に5~10分ほど浸しておく。
    水(分量外)を切り、ボウルに入れて塩を振り、混ぜる。
    玉ねぎを薄く切り、水(分量外)にさらす。
    カニカマボコをほぐす。

    ボウルに(A)を入れ混ぜる。

  3. 3) ブロッコリーを茹でる 06:12

    鍋に水(分量外)を入れ、沸騰し始めたらオリーブオイルを入れる。
    完全に沸騰したらブロッコリーを入れ、1~2分ほど茹でる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 07:02

    ザルで水を切り、2に入れて1と一緒に混ぜる。
    塩胡椒とパルメザンチーズを振り、皿に盛って完成。

Point

・Cut the skin of the broccoli stems into thick pieces.
