- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- ご飯 : 1杯

Add water, potato starch, and (A) to a frying pan.
Heat over low heat while stirring.
When it thickens, turn the heat to medium and bring the bean paste to a boil.
Once boiling, pour in the eggs.
When the eggs are soft-boiled, turn off the heat.
Add vinegar and sesame oil. -

Point
・Anyone can easily make it without using a kitchen knife.
・Crack the eggs into a bowl.
・Mix the eggs lightly so that the yolk and white are not completely mixed.

・By mixing potato starch with water, lumps are less likely to form.
・If you don't like vinegar, you don't have to add it.
