- (A) soft flour : 15g
- (A) Egg yolk : 3個分
- (A) Milk : 5g
- (A) salad oil : 5g
- (B) egg white : 3個分
- (B) granulated sugar : 40g
- (B) Katakuriko : 6g

- 蜂蜜 : 適量

Put (B) in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer to make a meringue.

Point
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
・Adding potato starch gives the dough a nice texture.
・Mix the meringue until stiff peaks form.
・You can use a ladle to pour the batter into the frying pan instead of putting it in a pastry bag.
・Ordinary salad oil can be used without using a spray.
・You can top with whipped cream if you like.
