Point
・I use a rice cooker that cooks 3 cups.
Use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 50% or more.
・Butter and fresh cream are not used.
・In step 1, if the dark chocolate is difficult to melt, heat it for 10 seconds at a time.
- Bring eggs to room temperature.
If the eggs are cold, the dark chocolate will harden when mixed.
・If the eggs and dark chocolate do not mix well, mix them in a hot water bath.
・When using a 4-cup or 5-cup rice cooker, double the amount.
