Ingredients
- 薄力粉(パイ生地用) : 150g
- 砂糖(パイ生地用) : 20g
- salted butter : 75g
- 卵 : 1個
- 薄力粉(レモンクリーム用) : 30g
- 砂糖(レモンクリーム用) : 120g
- 牛乳 : 180cc
- 卵黄 : 2個分
- レモン汁 : 3個分(90cc)
- ホイップクリーム : 1本

Procedure

Sift the cake flour (for pie crust) and sugar (for pie crust) into a bowl.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Place salted butter in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in a 600w microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Add the chilled soft flour (for pie crust) and sugar (for pie crust) and mix for about 3 minutes until it becomes crumbly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
