Ingredients
- Firm tofu : 150g
- 豚ひき肉 : 80g
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (A) Garlic tube : 2cm
- (A) Ginger tube : 2cm
- (A) bean sauce : 2〜3cm
- 水 : 300cc
- (B) Chicken stock base : 小さじ1と1/2
- (B) Oyster sauce : 小さじ2
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- 卵 : 1個
- ごま油 : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
- 青ネギ : 適量

Procedure

Put (A) and minced pork in a cold small pot.
Heat over medium heat and stir while stirring. -

Tear the firm tofu into appropriate sizes by hand and add it.
Add (B) and mix to dissolve.
Turn off the heat once it comes to a boil.
Add the water-soluble potato starch and mix while mixing.

When it thickens, beat the egg into the boiling place and add it in a long thin shape.
