Ingredients

  • Brikama : Three
  • 大根 : 1/2本

  • (A) Liquor : 100㏄
  • (A) Mirin : 100㏄
  • (A) Soy sauce : 100㏄
  • (A) sugar : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Dashi pack : 2個

Procedure

  1. 1) Pre-treat the Brikama 01:51
