Break the cocoa sandwich cookies into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the dough.
Place the lid on the heat-resistant container at an angle and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Point
・In the video, a heat-resistant container that is 8cm deep and 15cm square is used.
- Sugar helps make the dough soft, so don't reduce it too much.
・Be careful not to overmix the pancake mix, as it will not rise properly and will end up hard.
