- pasta : 100g

- 水 : 250ml
- (A) grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A)Round red pepper : 適量
- (A) Olive oil : 適量
- salt (for seasoning) : 適量
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Cut the broccoli into 2-4 pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces. -

Put (A) in a frying pan and heat over low heat.
Add bacon and fry.
Reduce heat to medium and add water, half pasta and salt (for seasoning).
Mix, cover and heat, stirring occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking.
Add the broccoli 2 minutes before the pasta is cooked.
Cover and heat for 2 minutes.
Open the lid and evaporate excess water over high heat.
Add salt (for finishing) to adjust the taste.
Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.
