- マヨネーズ : 適量
- ごま : 1.5 tbsp
- ラー油 : 適量

Wash the peppers and wipe off the water.
Cut in half and remove seeds.
Cut into strips and place in a bowl.
Drain the canned tuna and add it to the peppers.
