- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)酢 : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1

Cut off the stem of the eggplant and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 3 equal parts.
Cut the green onion into small pieces.
Wash the radish well. -

Heat a frying pan, fry the pork belly and sprinkle with salt.
When one side is browned, add the eggplant and fry.
Turn off the heat, move the ingredients to one side of the frying pan, add (A) to the empty space, mix, and turn on the heat again.
Grate the radish and add it to the frying pan.
After frying for 2-3 minutes, add sesame oil and turn off the heat.
Put it on top of the rice in a bowl and sprinkle the thin green onions to complete.
