Tonkatsu (pork thigh and cabbage pork cutlet)｜Transcription of Tenu Kitchen's recipe

Shred the cabbage and cut it into thirds.

Wrap 1 with sliced pork thigh.
Sprinkle salt on both sides.

Put (A) in a container and mix.

2を(A)、パン粉の順にまぶす。

フライパンにサラダ油(分量外)を深さ2mm分入れて熱する。
4を並べる。
弱中火で6〜7分全面を揚げ焼きにする。
強中火にして加熱する。
取り出して余分な油を切る。

容器に(B)を入れて混ぜる。

5に6をかけて完成。
