Ingredients
- 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 200g
- 白菜キムチ : 180g
- 豆もやし : 100g
- ニラ : 1/3束
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- ニンニク : 1片
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) sugar : 小さじ1

Cut off the base of the Chinese chives and cut into 4 cm wide pieces.
Slice the onion into 5mm wide slices.
Cut the garlic cloves in half lengthwise, remove the sprouts and mince.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle salt and pepper (not listed) and lightly mix.
Sprinkle with potato starch and loosen the meat. -

Add sesame oil and garlic to a frying pan and sauté over medium heat.
When the scent of garlic comes out, add thinly sliced pork belly and fry.
Add cabbage kimchi and fry.
When the meat is about 80% cooked, mix.
Add onions and bean sprouts and sauté.

Turn off the heat, add chives and mix.
Fry lightly for 15-20 seconds.

・You can substitute thinly sliced pork belly with your favorite meat such as chopped pork.
・Sprinkle the thinly sliced pork belly with potato starch, and loosen it so that it does not overlap.
