- シーフードミックス : 適量

- 酒 : 大さじ1
- 水 : 150ml
- 長ネギ : 10cm
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
- ごま : 適量

Add seafood mix and melt. -

Cut the spring onion in half lengthwise and cut into 5mm wide strips.

Add sake and heat.
Add water and mix.
Add instant salt ramen noodles.
Turn the instant salt ramen noodles over, cover with a lid, and heat for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with black pepper. -

Point
・You can remove the smell without shrinking by dissolving the seafood mix with salt (not listed) and water (not listed).
・It is good if the seafood mix can be thawed about 80%.
・If you like, you can add ginger when adding sake.
・If you prefer a stronger flavor, use 1/2 packet of soup base.
・You can substitute sesame oil for chili oil.
