Cut off the stem of the eggplant, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove the rough heat with the wrap and cool in the refrigerator. -

Serve on a plate and finish with soy sauce (not listed).
Point
・Each eggplant (100g) should be heated for 2 minutes regardless of the wattage.
・In order to keep the color of the eggplant vivid, do not stop heating the microwave oven.
・After heating in the microwave, it can be stored without drying if you leave it wrapped and let it cool down.
・After splitting the eggplants in step 2, you can arrange them by soaking them in mentsuyu, or by sprinkling them with sesame oil and mixing them with kimchi.
・You can arrange split eggplants and canned tuna seasoned with green perilla and soy sauce and adding lemon juice to the salad, or split eggplants seasoned with soy sauce and added to cold miso soup.
