- Japanese leek : 20cm
- (A) Water : 400cc
- (A) Chinese soup base : 小さじ1
- (A) Beef soup base : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1

Put (A) in a frying pan.
Cut off the roots of the leek and cut diagonally into 5mm widths. -

Add the green onion to the frying pan from step 1 and bring to a boil while dissolving the seasoning.
Put water (not listed) in a pot, bring it to a boil, and cook the Chinese noodles.
Add the beef to the frying pan while spreading it, and when it is lightly cooked, turn off the heat.
Drain the Chinese noodles, place them in a bowl, and add the soup to complete.
Point
・You can use Japanese-style dashi stock instead, although the flavor will change slightly.
・The ingredients should be lightly cooked and should not be overheated.
・It is better to boil Chinese noodles hard. Drain well so as not to dilute the taste.
