・Purified cottage cheese is recommended.
・You can use a liquid sweetener, but if you want to use a cercle mold and make it like a cake, it is better to use a powdery sweetener with fine grains.
・In the video, a cercle type with a diameter of 55 mm and a height of 30 mm is used. You can put it in your favorite container such as a cocotte type.
・When making the base of the cake, cut your favorite steamed bread or sponge cake into 5 mm thick slices. It is recommended to cool it in the refrigerator before cutting, as it will be easier to cut.
・Since the sweetener of the dough can be changed to jam, various arrangements can be made. If you use jam, you can easily make it with just cottage cheese and your favorite jam. You don't need lemon juice, so you can make it with just 2 ingredients.
・When cooling the no-bake cheesecake, it is recommended to put the dough on a plate with kitchen paper to absorb excess moisture.
