Cut the thickness of the wafer in half. -

生クリームを作る

ボウルに生クリームと砂糖を入れ、泡だて器でツノが立つまで泡立てる。
絞り袋に入れる。 -

いちごを切る

いちごのヘタを切り落とし、薄く切る。
1～2個はトッピング用に半分に切る。 -

組み立てる

ウエハースの上に生クリームを絞り、薄く切った苺を並べ、上から生クリームを絞り、ウエハースを乗せる。
上に生クリームを絞って半分に切ったいちごを乗せたら完成。
Point
・Easy mille-feuille that does not use pie crust.
・When cutting wafers, it is best to cut them carefully after lightly scoring them.
・It is better not to make the fresh cream too hard.
・Wipe the strawberries well.
