Ingredients

- 新じゃがいも : 400g
- 新玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- ginger (sliced) : 2 to 3 sheets
- ニンニク : 1/2 piece
- (B) Miso : 大さじ2
- (B) Ketchup : 大さじ3
- (B) Worcestershire sauce : 大さじ3
- 砂糖 : 大さじ2
- (A) Liquor : 150cc
- (A) water : 150cc
- 油 : 大さじ1

Thinly slice the fresh onion.
Peel the garlic clove and cut it into thin slices.
Cut the ginger into strips.
Cut the new potatoes in half leaving the skin on. -

Put oil and spare ribs in a pan and grill both sides over high heat.
Lower the heat and add the garlic, ginger and onion. -

Add (A) to 2 and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add sugar, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add (B) and mix.
Add new potatoes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and complete with small green onions (not listed).
Point
・Use a pot with a lid. If you don't have a lid, you can use aluminum foil instead.
・Oil can be replaced with butter.
・You can add more broth if you like.
・If you add garlic and ginger, it will burn easily, so reduce the heat before frying.
・New potatoes are soft and easy to cook, so add them last.
