Point

・The amount is for two people.

・When using dashi stock, replace the amount of water with the dashi stock and add a pinch or two of salt without adding the dashi stock.
・The time required for 30 minutes in the refrigerator in step 1 is not included.
・By placing the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, it becomes less likely to tear.
