Ingredients

  • pasta : 180g
  • 水 : 500mL
  • 塩 : 小さじ2/3
  • 新玉ねぎ : 1個
  • ツナ缶 : 1缶
  • (A)白ワイン : 大さじ3
  • (A)コンソメ : 小さじ2
  • Olive oil : 大さじ3
  • pasta boiling water : 大さじ4
  • パルメザンチーズ : 適量
  • 黒コショウ : 適量

    パスタの水気を切る。
    4のフライパンを再び中火にかけ、ソースを加える。
    沸騰したらパスタを加え、全体を混ぜて馴染ませる。
    火を止め、パルメザンチーズと黒コショウを加える。
    全体を混ぜ合わせたら完成。

Point

・Use 1.6mm pasta boiled for 9 minutes.
