Ingredients
- egg : 2 pieces
- Pork ribs : 100g
- onion : 1/4 piece
- rice : 200g
- oil : 1 and a half tbsp
- salt : a little
- pepper : Appropriate amount
- Worcestershire sauce : 2 and a half tbsp

Finely chop the onion.
Cut the pork into 5mm widths. -

Fry the ingredients

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork and onions.
When it's cooked, add the beaten egg, and when it's half-cooked, add the rice.
Stir fry so that the whole is mixed. -

・ If the oil from the pork is not enough before adding the beaten egg and frying, add more oil and fry the egg.
・ Since the sauce alone is too sweet, it is important to season it with a small amount of salt and add a large amount of pepper!
