- 薄力粉 : 適量

下ごしらえをする

Put the minced meat and oyster sauce in a bowl and knead well.
Cut radially along the fiber of the onion.
Add the chopped onions to the bowl, lightly sprinkle salt over the onions, mix lightly and leave for 2 to 3 minutes. -

Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat them.
Mix the dough from step 1, divide into 4 equal parts, and shape into balls.

Point
・When cutting the onions in a radial pattern, cut regular onions thinly and new onions thickly.
・Sprinkle the salt lightly over the onions.
・Frying oil should be enough for frying.
・ When frying, fry lightly on both sides, then fry to a moderately browned color.
・ Separately attached ketchup sauce is not included in the ingredients.
