Put finely chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap and heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then take it out and let it cool.

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, leave the seeds intact and squash the white parts. -

Point
・Be sure to cool the heated onions well before mixing them with the minced meat so that the umami of the meat does not escape.
・If you mix the onions while they are still hot, the oil from the meat will come out, so you can use ice instead of water.
・By warming the green peppers first, the sweetness will increase and the bitterness will disappear, making it easier to stuff the meat. The seeds are also heat permeable, so you can eat them without removing the seeds.
・If cloudy juice does not come out when the hole is opened, it is a sign that the fire is through.
・To change the taste, it's delicious even if you add Tabasco.
