Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 1 piece (300g)

- 小ネギ : 適量
- 刻み海苔 : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- ご飯 : 適量

Cut off the base of the spring onion and cut into rings.
Remove excess skin, streaks, and yellowish fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Transfer the chicken thighs to a bowl, add cooking sake and rub. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat.
Reduce the heat to low, place the chicken thighs skin-side down, and cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.
When it's browned, flip it over and cook for 1-2 minutes over low to medium heat.
When both sides are browned and the chicken thighs are cooked through, turn off the heat.
Add (A) and mix.
Turn on the heat again and heat for about 40 seconds while turning the chicken thighs over.
Add the soy sauce and heat over medium to low heat until the mixture thickens. -

Sprinkle the sauce over the top and top with mayonnaise, green onions, and chopped seaweed to complete.
Point
・The amount for two people is introduced in the video.
・If you like, you can use chicken breast instead of chicken thigh.
・Cut the tough part of the chicken thigh first to make it crispy.
・Mixing cooking sake into chicken thighs will soften the meat.
・If you add soy sauce and sweetness (mirin and sugar) at the same time, the sweetness will not soak in easily, so add the sweetness first.
・Since the amount of sauce is large, you can stir-fry onions with the remaining sauce.
