- Bean sprouts : 1 bag
- onion : 1/4 piece
- Minced pork : 100g
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Round sliced pepper : A pinch
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil : 1 tsp
- Water-soluble potato starch : a little

Drain the oil from the fried tofu with kitchen paper, cut it in half, and then cut it into 1 cm wide pieces.
Slice the onion into 2mm widths. -

Add sugar, soy sauce, sake, mirin and chili peppers to the bowl and mix well.

Fry the ingredients

Add oil to a frying pan, add minced meat and fry. Fry the onions. When it's cooked, fry the fried tofu. Fry the bean sprouts when cooked.
When the bean sprouts are cooked for about 80%, add the sauce and fry. When the bean sprouts become moist, add a little water-soluble potato starch, entangle and fry.
Sprinkle with sesame oil to complete.
Point
・ To remove oil from fried tofu, use kitchen paper without boiling.
・ Even if you use only 100g of minced meat, you can get a lot of volume by deep-fried tofu.
・ The water from the bean sprouts is entwined with the water-soluble potato starch throughout the ingredients.
