  • Chicken thigh : 1 sheet
  • 手羽元 : 4〜5本
  • (A) Sugar-free yogurt : 50g

  • (B) soft flour : 大さじ1
  • (B) salt : 小さじ1
  • 水 : 400cc
  • ウスターソース : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare chicken thighs and wings 01:32

    Make a cut in the bone part of the chicken wings.
