Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 1 sheet
- 手羽元 : 4〜5本
- (A) Sugar-free yogurt : 50g
- (A) salt : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Curry powder : 大さじ1

- ニンニク : 2片(10g)
- 生姜 : 1片(20g)
- トマトジュース : 100cc
- (B) Unsalted butter : 30g
- (B) Curry powder : 大さじ2
- (B) soft flour : 大さじ1
- (B) salt : 小さじ1
- 水 : 400cc
- ウスターソース : 小さじ1

Procedure

Prepare chicken thighs and wings

Make a cut in the bone part of the chicken wings.
Remove the blood from the chicken thigh, divide it into 4 equal parts, and hit the areas with many muscles with a kitchen knife.
Add (A) to the chicken thighs and chicken wings and rub in.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes. -

Cook both sides over high heat and remove. -

Add water and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mix. -
