- (A)無糖ココアパウダー : 大さじ3弱(20g)
- ベーキングパウダー : 小さじ1(4g)
- ナッツ : 適量

1に(A)を入れ、泡だて器でよく混ぜ合わせる。
絹豆腐のダマがなくなったら、ベーキングパウダーを加えてゴムベラでよく混ぜる。 -

焼く

型にアルミホイルを敷き、2を流し入れ表面を平らにする。
軽く持ち上げて落とすを繰り返し、空気を抜く。
ナッツを表面に並べたら天板の上に置き、170度又は弱で余熱したトースターで15~20分焼く。
中央に竹串を刺して火が通っていたら、庫内で冷ます。
冷蔵庫で2時間冷やしたら完成。
