    ラップの上に片栗粉を出し、3の皮目のみに付ける。
    フライパンに油を引いて火にかけ、鶏もも肉の皮目を下にして入れる。
    焦げ目が付いたら裏返し、肉面は軽く焼き火が通ったら火を止め、千切りキャベツを敷いたお皿の上に盛り付ける。

  5. 5) タレを煮詰める 05:25

    フライパンに残った脂をキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、残ったタレを入れて弱火で1分煮詰める。
    お皿に盛った鶏もも肉の上からかけたら完成。
