Put rice flour in a bowl, add sugar, dry yeast, and salt in that order, and mix until even.
Add lukewarm water and oil and mix the whole for 3 minutes. -

Heat for 20 minutes in fermentation mode or keep warm mode.
After that, repeat the quick cooking rice twice.
Turn the dough inside out, put it back in the rice cooker, and heat it with the quick cooker.
