- strawberry : moderate amount
- (A) Milk : 300ml (1+1/4カップ)
- (A) Sugar : 100g(1/2カップ)
- (A) gelatin : 7g(1パック)
- プレーンヨーグルト : 200g(1カップ)

Procedure

                        cut the strawberry

                        Slice the strawberries. 
 Dice the remaining strawberries.

                        鍋に(A)を入れホイッパーで混ぜる。 
 鍋を弱火にかけ、ゼラチンが溶けたら冷ます。
 鍋にプレーンヨーグルトを加え混ぜる。

                        Put a little oil (not listed) in a bowl and wipe off with kitchen paper. 
 Arrange the sliced strawberries on the inside (bottom and sides) of the bowl.
 Add about 1/3 of 2 to the bowl.
 Add the diced strawberries to the remaining 2 and add to the bowl.
 Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Point
                            ・Prepare washed strawberries.
 If using sweetened yogurt instead of plain yogurt, reduce the amount of sugar.
・In the video, a large bowl is used.
・If you want to make ice cream, cool it in the freezer for 4 hours instead of the refrigerator.
