- (A) sugar : 小さじ1/2

- ごま油 : 適量

Cut off both ends of the zucchini, cut diagonally, and cut into 1cm squares.
Add zucchini and salt in a bowl and mix. -

Heat a frying pan to warm it up, add sesame oil and 1 and fry.
Turn off the heat, add (A) and fry.
Add chikuwa and fry.
Turn off the heat, add roasted sesame seeds and mix.

Point
・If you cut the zucchini too thinly, it will lose its texture, so be careful.
・In step 3, add the water from the zucchini, but if you add it all at once, the oil will splatter, so be careful.
・If you add soy sauce to (A) in step 3, it will burn, so it is better to add mirin first.
・If you like, you can omit the sugar from step 3 (A).
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
・You can make a Spanish omelet by putting the finished product in a beaten egg and baking it.
