Ingredients

  • じゃがいも : 200g
  • 塩コショウ : 適量
  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
  • Cod : 3切れ(200g)
  • 薄力粉(まぶす用) : 適量
  • バター : 15g
  • 旨み調味料 : 3振り
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)黒コショウ : 適量
  • (A)砂糖 : ひとつまみ
  • オリーブオイル : 適量
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:44

    Peel the potato skin and cut into thin strips.
    Squeeze lightly to drain.
    Add salt, pepper and cake flour and mix well.

  2. 2) Bake cod with potatoes 03:50

    Remove the bones from the cod, sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper, and set aside.
    Drain the cod.
    Sprinkle soft flour (for dusting) and stick the potatoes from 1 on one side of the cod.
    Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it.
    When it is warm, grill the cod potatoes on medium heat.
    While baking, stick the potatoes to the side without the potatoes and bake for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip over.

・タラは皮が剝いてあるものを使用。
・じゃがいもは、スライサーなどを使って千切りにしてもよい。
・タラに塩コショウしてしばらく置き、出てきた水気をふき取る事で、魚の臭みを取ることができる。
・蓋をせずに焼くことで水分を飛ばし、じゃがいもの歯ごたえを残すことができる。
