- (A) Soy sauce : 30g
- (A) Liquor : 30g
- (A) Mirin : 30g
- (A) Sugar : 15g
- (A) Chicken stock base : 2〜3g
- (A) Vinegar : 5g
- ごま油 : 適量
- 米油 : 大さじ2強
