Procedure

01:02
Remove the calyx of Japanese mustard spinach, wash well with water to remove the mud at the root, cut into 2 cm width, and separate the stem and leaves.
-
2)
Fry the ingredients
01:54
Add oil and chopped garlic to a frying pan and fry.
Add pork and fry over high heat.
When the pork is cooked, add the stems of Japanese mustard spinach. -
3)
Season
03:22
When 80% of the stems are cooked, add sake, Somi shokuhin, and soy sauce and mix.
When the stems are cooked, add the leaves of Japanese mustard spinach and fry quickly.
Add black pepper and fry a little, then add sesame oil and it's done.
Point
Komatsuna has different fire paths for the stem and leaves, so when you cut it, put it separately in each part so that you can put it separately when you fry it. If you add both at the same time, the heat will decrease, the frying time will be longer, and the overall finish will be sticky. By stir-frying in order, considering the amount of heat, you can make crispy stir-fried vegetables without lowering the heat even with a household stove.
