・Making holes in the sweet potato makes it easier for the fire to pass through.
・Use a fork to pierce the sweet potato. The fork should not poke all the way in.

・If the sweet potato is still hard after heating in step 1, heat it additionally.
・As it will be hot after heating, let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes before peeling off the skin.

・Completely mash the sweet potato left in the bowl.
・It is good to add the same amount of low-fat milk as baked sweet potato.
