    フライパンに鶏もも肉を加え弱めの中火で炒める。
    鶏もも肉に焼き色をつけ塩を加える。
    フライパンにニンジンとしめじを加え弱めの中火で炒める。
    フライパンに3の調味料を加え弱めの中火で沸騰させる。
    沸騰後はとろ火で5分程混ぜながら煮詰める。

    ボウルに4の白ご飯を入れる。
    ボウルに5の具材を加え切るように混ぜる。
    内釜にボウルの中身をうつし5分程保温して完成。

Point
