Ingredients
- Pork sesame : 200g
- たけのこの水煮 : 70g
- ピーマン : 3個
- 赤ピーマン : 1/2個

- cooking sake : 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce (for seasoning) : 1 teaspoon
- 片栗粉 : 小さじ2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 2 teaspoons
- (A) cooking sake : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Chicken stock base : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) water : 40ml
- (B) Katakuriko : 1 teaspoon
- (B) water : 2 teaspoons
- Sesame oil (for frying) : 1 tablespoon
- ごま油(追加用) : 大さじ1/2
- Soy sauce (for finishing) : 小さじ1/3
- 黒胡椒 : moderate amount

Cut pork tenderloin into strips.
Put the pork sesame meat, sugar, and cooking wine in a plastic bag and knead for 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce (for seasoning), rub in again, and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. -

Remove the stems, seeds, and fibers from the green peppers and red peppers, and cut them into 5 mm wide strips.
Chop spring onions and ginger. -

For (A), mix oyster sauce and cooking sake well, then add chicken stock powder and water and mix.
Mix (B) to make water-soluble potato starch. -

Add sesame oil (for stir-frying), stir-fry the pork sesame meat over medium heat, and take it out once it is about 80% cooked.
Stir-fry the boiled bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and red bell peppers, and take them out when they are about 50% cooked.
Add sesame oil (for extra).
Stir-fry the ginger and green onions for 30 seconds, then add (A) and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat, add (B) and mix.
Put the pulled pork and vegetables back into the frying pan and fry over medium heat.
Add soy sauce (for finishing) and sprinkle black pepper to complete.
Point
・Beef can be used.
・When children eat it, you can omit the black pepper.
・You can substitute salad oil or rice oil for sesame oil.
・Mixing the pork sesame with sugar and cooking sake removes the smell and softens it.
・Frying the pork and vegetables separately will soften the meat and improve the texture of the vegetables.
・Do not add sesame oil (for addition) if there is oil left in the frying pan.
